QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Graduate of Mechanical Engineering
• License (Professional Regulation Commission)
• At least six (6) years of solid experience from a Power Generation Company.

Advanced knowledge of:

• Plant monitoring and commissioning; mechanical systems.
• Bid proposals of contractors and recommend technical solutions to improve quality and cost efficiency.
• Engineering codes used in industrial setting that include but not limited to PSME, ASME, API and Dole standards.
• Incident Investigation and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodology.
• Coal power plant theories & principles
• Plant mechanical systems (valves, pumps, pipes, vessels, heat exchangers, steam generators, steam generators auxiliaries, steam boilers etc.)
• Plant Systems and interaction processes.
• Computerized Maintenance System (i.e. Maximo)
• Safety Policies, PTW/LOTO, JHA/Risk Assessment, STARRT Procedures
• Hazardous Waste Management.
