CONTRACTS COORDINATOR

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Graduate of BS Electrical Engineering or BS Mechanical Engineering
  • License (Professional Regulation Commission) is an advantage
  • At least four (4) years of solid experience

Knowledge of:

  • Coal power plant theories & principles
  • Cost Management and Control
  • PTW/LOTO, JHA/Risk Assessment, STARRT Procedures
  • Computerized maintenance & engineering systems (i.e. Maximo RBO, strategy optimizer, SAP, Primavera)
  • Resourcing and schedule management
  • Contracts Management
  • Bid proposals of contractors and recommend technical solutions to improve quality and cost efficiency
  • Incident investigation & Root Cause Analysis (RCA) method
  • Integrated Management System which include International Organization for Standardization for Environment (ISO 14001), Quality Management (ISO 9001), Risk Management (ISO 31001) and Occupational Health and Safety Management (ISO 45001)
