Qualification and Experience
• Graduate of B.S./ AB. Psychology, B.S. Human Resources Management/ Personnel Management, Industrial and Organization Development, or any Social Science course
• With at least four (4) years of experience in handling different facets of Human Resources such as but not limited to Training & Development, Performance Management, Organizational Development, and Employee Relations gained from an industrial plant.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with people at all levels both internally and outside the business.
• Computer Literate
• With hands-on experience in using Human Resources Information System
