QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Graduate of B.S./ A.B. Psychology, B.S. Human Resources Management/ Personnel Management, Industrial and Organization Development, or any Social Science course
- At least four (4) years of experience in handling different facets of Human Resources including but not limited to Training & Development, Performance Management, Organizational Development, and Employee Relations gained from an industrial plant.
- With hands-on experience in using Human Resources Information Systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with people at all levels both internally and outside the business.
