HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

For Talent Optimization Culture Engagement

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Graduate of B.S./ A.B. Psychology, B.S. Human Resources Management/ Personnel Management, Industrial and Organization Development, or any Social Science course
  • At least four (4) years of experience in handling different facets of Human Resources including but not limited to Training & Development, Performance Management, Organizational Development, and Employee Relations gained from an industrial plant.
  • With hands-on experience in using Human Resources Information Systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with people at all levels both internally and outside the business.

  • General Labor Standards
  • Organizational Study and change enablement best practices, methods, approaches, and techniques
  • Applying or devising methods of analysis, using the results to solve complex HR/OD issues
  • Training and Development including Training Needs Analysis
  • Talent Management and Strategic Planning
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and Using HRIS
  • Report Writing
  • Presentation Skills
  • Budgeting and Forecasting
