QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Graduate of any Business or Social Science Courses
- Preferably, graduate of B.S. Accountancy, B.S./ A.B. Psychology, or B.S. Human Resources Management
- With least four (4) years hands-on experience in handling different facets of Human Resources such as but not limited to Timekeeping, Payroll, and Benefits and Salary Administration.
- With knowledge of General Labor Standards
- With hands-on experience in using Human Resources Information System.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and able to interact with people at all levels both internally and outside the business.
- Computer Literate
