HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

For Total Rewards and Systems Analytics

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Graduate of any Business or Social Science Courses
  • Preferably, graduate of B.S. Accountancy, B.S./ A.B. Psychology, or B.S. Human Resources Management
  • With least four (4) years hands-on experience in handling different facets of Human Resources such as but not limited to Timekeeping, Payroll, and Benefits and Salary Administration.
  • With knowledge of General Labor Standards
  • With hands-on experience in using Human Resources Information System.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and able to interact with people at all levels both internally and outside the business.
  • Computer Literate
