QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Graduate of Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics and Communications Engineering.
- License (Professional Regulation Commission)
- At least four (4) years of solid experience gained from a Power Generation, Oil & Gas or related industrial companies on Outage Planning/Scheduling role, shutdown & turn-around and/or Project Management utilizing MS Project, Primavera or equivalent software.
Knowledge of:
- Coal-Fired Power Plant Operations and Maintenance best practices and procedures.
- Project Management, plant shutdown, turn-around and outage.
- Enterprise Asset Management System (EAM) & Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) use in power/industrial plant.
- Maintenance Strategy development using Reliability-Centered Maintenance methodology or its equivalent.
- Strategy Optimizer software or equivalent.
- Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) and Failure Mode Effect and Criticality Analysis (FMECA)
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Permit to work (PTW) system and Lock-Out Tag-Out (LOTO) System
- MS Office including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
- Quality, Health, Safety and Environment management systems, safety rules and associated legislation.
