Technical Purchaser (Mandarin Speaking)

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate of any Business or Engineering Courses
• At least five (5) years of solid related work experience in the same or related industry
• Able to read and speak Mandarin

Advanced Knowledge of:

• Vendor management and negotiation
• Contract management
• Enterprise Asset Management (e.g. Maximo)
• Industrial parts, tools, equipment, and machinery
• MS Office applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
• Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment management systems, safety rules, and associated legislation
