QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Graduate of Engineering Courses preferably BS Mechanical Engineering
• License (Professional Regulation Commission)
• At least four (4) years of solid experience from a Power Generation Company or any related industry.

KNOWLEDGE OF

• Coal-Fired Power Plant Operations
• Enterprise Management System (EAM) & to the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) use in power plant.
• Maintenance Strategies, i.e. Reliability-centered maintenance and condition monitoring.
• Strategy Optimizer software
• Essential practice and procedures used for maintenance of power plant.
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA) method.
• MS Project or Primavera software
• PTW/LOTO System
• MS Office including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
• Quality, Health, Safety and Environment management systems, safety rules and associated legislation.
