QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Graduate of Engineering Courses preferably BS Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics and Communications, or Chemical Engineering.
- License (Professional Regulation Commission)
- At least three (3) years of experience in teaching Engineering subject and/or Power Plant design and operation
KNOWLEDGE OF
- Coal power plant theories & principles which includes Control Theory
- Integrated Management System which include International Organization for Standardization for Environment (ISO 14001), Quality Management (ISO 9001) and ISO 45001 International Standard for Occupational Health and Safety
- Financial management and cost control including Budgeting and Forecasting
- Designing and Executing training programs.
- Training Needs Analysis.
- MS Office including MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Ovation Embedded Simulator software suite.
